Does Marley have a cut-off time for orders?

Yes, the cut-off time for orders are 2pm Monday to Thursday & 12pm Friday. All orders that falls within the 24hour delivery zones must be submitted before the cut-off times.

Yes, because the company forms part of the manufacturing industry all operations are closed during the Christmas & New Year period.

Yes, Marley recently redesigned and sourced high-quality pallets to accommodate our tiles in light of reducing the amount of breakages & also assist in speedy deliveries.

Your invoice & statements are emailed to you automatically through our ERP system but this is also obtainable via our Shared Services Division by dialling our land line number +27 (0) 10 600 0284 & listening for the Shared Services prompt.

How quickly can I expect a delivery from Marley?

Does Marley cater for walk-in customers?

Yes, you can visit our Olifantsfontein or Ekandustria branches where you can order, pay or collect your goods. Kindly note that we do not accept any cash on our premises but we do have card & EFT payments.

Does Marley charge for pallets?

Yes, all pallets are charged but credits are supplied when the pallets are returned.

Am I able to purchase directly from Marley?
